Good Standing is a paid membership. If a person was a paid member in the previous year\, said person can pay this year’s dues at the Caucus. If a person was not a member last year\, this year’s dues must be paid ten days prior to the Caucus.  \n\nAll votes shall be by voice unless a request is made by the Chairman for a show of hands\, a standing vote\, or a written secret ballot.\nResolutions by the Resolutions Committee shall be submitted to the Chairman or the Communications chair and published 10 days prior to the caucus. Resolutions from the floor shall be submitted to the Chairman to be published at least three days prior to the caucus; they must have at least two seconds\, and a minimum of 50 copies to be considered. No person can submit more than three resolutions.
