He reminded us that freedom is never free and that silence in the face of evil is surrender. Charlie boldly lived out his convictions\, pointing people not just to conservative principles\, but ultimately to the truth found in Jesus Christ. He knew that freedom is a gift from God\, and that courage comes from standing firm in the Gospel. \nAs we pray\, we will remember his life and his mission—and we will commit ourselves to carrying that mission forward: proclaiming truth\, defending liberty\, and standing unashamed for Christ in our nation. \nThis vigil is not just about remembrance.
