A graduate of the FBI National Academy and holding degrees from UW–La Crosse and UW–Oshkosh\, he has served in leadership roles across Patrol and Criminal Investigations. \nBeyond his law enforcement service\, Sheriff Spence is deeply committed to our community — actively supporting Special Olympics and local service organizations.
