Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Republican Party of Sheboygan County (“RPSC”) text messaging program.

Program Description

RPSC text messages may include event reminders, organizational announcements, election-related information, volunteer opportunities, and other updates from the Republican Party of Sheboygan County.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from RPSC. Consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, donation, or participation.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies, with up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any RPSC text message. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. To receive messages again, you must opt in again.

Privacy

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier, device, coverage, or other circumstances beyond RPSC’s control.
